This tutorial is about how you can read your own domain emails using Gmail. This will help you access your personal Gmail and your Domain emails, both from one interface.
You may use any desktop email client like Outlook/Thunderbird to access multiple email accounts. But here, we will only discuss how to access multiple accounts through Gmail. Let’s see how you can read your website POP3 emails using Gmail.
Before we do that make sure you have the following data ready with you.
You can have all these details from your hosting Control Panel. Since I am using RACTOW hosting services, this is how it looks at my Control Panel.
Once you have all this information, log in to your Gmail Account, and click on Settings and then See all settings.
Now click on the Accounts and Import tab.
Now click on Import mail and contacts.
In the pop-up window, mention your email address.
Next feed in the password and server details. If you are using RACTOW hosting, use your full email address as your POP username. Next, use the incoming/outcoming mail server address, as mentioned in your Control Panel. Next, click the Edit link, and change the Port from 110 to 995. Then, check on Use SSL, and click on the Continue button.
This is the only important step. Try to Copy-Paste the values directly from Control Panel, to avoid all possible typo errors.
Change the label, if you wish to, or else leave it as default. I personally like having fancy labels.
That’s all. Now follow on to the next screens and click the OK buttons. If all goes well, you will see the following:
Post this, any email that you receive at your website domain email, and you will be able to read from your Gmail Inbox.
